Subscription Terms
Last Updated: January 1, 2026These Subscription Terms (“Terms”) govern paid access to Mindaily products and services offered by Yezo LP, a limited partnership registered in the United Kingdom (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By starting a trial or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Trial
We may offer a free or discounted trial period for Mindaily. Trial availability, length, and eligibility are shown at checkout or in the app store listing at the time you subscribe.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid plan at the then-current price.
- We may require a valid payment method to start a trial where permitted by the platform or payment provider.
- We reserve the right to limit one trial per user, household, device, or payment method, and to modify or discontinue trials at any time.
Subscription
Mindaily is generally offered as an automatically renewing subscription (for example, weekly, monthly, or quarterly). Your plan, billing cycle, and price are confirmed before you complete payment.
- Auto-renewal. Unless you cancel before the renewal date, your subscription renews for the same term at the price in effect at renewal (subject to any notice we or the platform provides).
- Access. Subscription fees grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use Mindaily for the subscription period, subject to our Terms of Use.
- Changes to plans or pricing. We may introduce new plans or change pricing. Where required by law or platform rules, we will notify you in advance and explain how to accept or reject the change.
Payment method
Depending on how you subscribe, charges are processed by third-party payment providers:
- Apple App Store or Google Play: Your payment method on file with Apple or Google is charged according to their terms. We do not receive or store your full card details from those platforms.
- Website or other channels: Payments may be processed by providers such as Stripe or similar processors. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for all fees when due.
You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and for any taxes or fees imposed on your purchase, where applicable.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period unless our refund policy or applicable law requires otherwise.
App Store (Apple)
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store must be cancelled through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, or as Apple may specify). Apple manages billing and cancellation for those purchases.
Google Play
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play must be cancelled through your Google Play account (play.google.com or the Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions). Google manages billing and cancellation for those purchases.
Website
If you subscribed on our website or a direct checkout we operate, cancel through the account or billing portal linked in your confirmation email, your Mindaily account settings, or by contacting us at hello@themindaily.com. We will confirm cancellation and the date your access ends.
Changes
We may update these Subscription Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, or business practices. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice as required by law or by the app store through which you subscribed. Continued use of Mindaily after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where your prior consent is required.
Refunds
General
Refund eligibility depends on where and how you purchased your subscription. Statutory rights in your country may provide additional remedies that cannot be waived.
Apple App Store
For purchases through Apple, refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies. We cannot process refunds for Apple-billed subscriptions on our side.
Google Play
For purchases through Google Play, refund requests are handled by Google under Google Play’s refund rules. You may request a refund through Google Play’s help options.
Website and direct purchases
Where we process payment directly, we may offer a satisfaction or money-back guarantee as described on our website or at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, any guarantee is subject to reasonable use of the service and verification of your account. To request a refund for an eligible website purchase, contact hello@themindaily.com with your account email and order details. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.
If no promotional guarantee applies, refunds for website purchases are granted only where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Note for EEA and UK users
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have statutory rights regarding digital content and services, including rights to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK) or equivalent rules, subject to conditions and exceptions for digital content supplied immediately with your consent. Platform purchases may be subject to Apple’s or Google’s additional consumer information and cancellation flows.
For complaints, you may contact us first at hello@themindaily.com. The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform; we are not obliged to use ADR but will consider good-faith resolution.
